We would like to inform you about the following rules, in which we kindly ask for your cooperation.
We use an ozone generator and thorough ventilation after guests check out from the apartment. Please do the same and open the windows as often as possible!
The apartment keys are being sanitized in a sterilizing device.
Please use hand sanitizers!
When entering the reception, the restaurant or the bar, please use the given hand sanitizers as well.
Please keep the 1,5 meter distance all the time!
During check in and check out, only 1 person should stay at the reception with keeping the mandatory distance.
Because of the disinfection of surfaces in our apartments, delays could occur. We are kindly asking for your patience.
We recommend using card payment.
When accessing the entrances, corridors and parking spaces, please do not block the way of other guests.
Please keep the allowed maximum number of people per table. Indoors 6, outdoors 12 people can sit at one table.
Depending on the number of guests staying at the restaurant, dinner is available in different time sloths.
Please use the elevator only with your household members!
If you have any symptoms, call the reception immediately! Our colleagues will notify the authorities. Do not leave your apartment until further notice!
If you feel sick, do not leave your apartment!
Thermometer is available at the reception.
Drinking alcohol in the common spaces (reception, ski storage, corridor, garage)is highly restricted!
When leaving your apartment, please put all the used cutlery in the dishwasher and select a program with at least 60°C washing temprature.
You can find a Sanytol sanitizer in every kitchen. Please use it for cleaning surfaces!
Used facemasks should be thrown away to the bin.
Please follow our colleague’s guidance all the time!
